What does it give the Detroit Lions?
The Lions could use some help behind starting quarterback Matthew Stafford, so they obviously like something in Blough to bring him in at the end of training camp. Look for Blough to become Detroit's third-string QB this year.

What does it give the Cleveland Browns?
Cleveland is pretty much set at quarterback, with emerging star Baker Mayfield backed up by veterans Drew Stanton and Garrett Gilbert. Therefore, the Browns did well here to get something (anything) for their No. 4 QB.

Fantasy Impact
It is unlikely that Blough will see any action with the Lions this season, but there is a chance to move up to backup status by the end of 2019. His fantasy value is limited.
