Johnson is a former Eagle, so he is familiar with new Colts head coach Frank Reich. Therefore, Reich and Indianapolis hope Johnson can become a depth receiver for them.

The Seahawks are a little banged up at tight end, so adding Daniels at this time makes sense. This swap fills needs/holes for both franchises, though it's a depth deal only.

Johnson could be a fantasy dark horse because of his familiarity with the offense, but there should be better wide receivers to gamble on in most fantasy leagues. Daniels has negligible value.
