The Tennessee Titans acquired defensive end David King from the Kansas City Chiefs for a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2018.
What does it give the Tennessee Titans?
The Titans felt the need to address their defensive line depth and filled a need with this trade. It is unlikely that King will make an impact in Tennessee, however.
What does it give the Kansas City Chiefs?
The Chiefs felt comfortable enough with their depth on the defensive line that they were willing to dump King for minimal return via trade. This deal is a wash.
Fantasy Impact
Do not look for King to be a valuable commodity in IDP leagues, as he will see snaps mostly in a reserve role for the Titans.
