A prolific sniper in the Alberta Junior A ranks, he has the type of offensive ability that cannot be taught. Owns a powerful and quick shot that can produce a lot of goals at any level. Can also be a playmaker because he loves having the puck on his stick when he is on the ice. Needs more work on his game whenever he does NOT have the biscuit, as he can be accused of being somewhat lazy (especially in the defensive zone). Is also undersized so he needs time to bulk up and get a lot stronger. Has drawn comparisons to NHL star wingers Patrick Kane and Johnny Gaudreau, though it may be unrealistic to expect him to meet those lofty expectations.
