Scouting Report
A focused and gritty playmaker out of the slot, he was a sure-handed receiver with good field vision and a smashmouth approach when battling for yards after the catch. Excelled as a leaper despite his small stature, which helped him win his share of jump balls. Was very capable and as a punt returner, too. He was highly undersized for an NFL receiver and did not make up for it with his speed, which was below average. While feisty and active as a blocker, he could get swallowed up by opponents in one-on-one assignments. Also, he was not a big-play performer on punt returns.
Long Range Potential: Underrated, intense slot receiver and solid punt returner.
